Admission Process – Academic Session 2025–26

Parents seeking admission are required to submit the **completed Registration Form**, along with the prescribed documents and a **non-refundable registration fee of ₹450** at the school reception.

**Important Guidelines:**

* Admission is subject to **verification of all documents**.
* The child's **name and date of birth must match exactly** on the Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card.
* Parents' names should also match the relevant official documents.
* **Proof of current residence** must be submitted.
* All documents must be **originally produced for verification**; photocopies with cutting or overwriting will not be accepted.
* Original documents will be returned after verification.

**Documents Required:**

* Self-attested Birth Certificate
* Aadhaar Cards of the child and parents
* Health & vaccination card with blood group (Nursery–III)
* Category certificate, if applicable
* Recent passport-size photographs of the child and parents
* Previous school marksheet and Transfer/School Leaving Certificate (Class II onwards)
* Valid proof of current residence
* Single parents must provide valid legal proof of single-parent status, where applicable

**Withdrawal & Refund Policy:**

* One month's written notice or one month's fee in place of notice is required for withdrawal.
* School dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate is issued.
* Admission fees and other charges are **non-refundable**; only caution money is refundable.
* Students may be asked to leave in cases of serious indiscipline or repeated academic failure, as per school policy.
